At LILYGO®, we stand by the quality of our open-source hardware and development kits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all accessories and cables are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
